This villa revisits the classical which is noticed in the long arches seen on both back and front of the villa. This arch however was reinterpreted to fit the modern day context. Where fenestration was applied at the upper part of the arch and walkways on its lower part. The outdoor area of the villa features; a barbeque area, a swimming pool with a small waterfall, sunbathing area,  basketball court and two shaded seating areas. In addition the pool is tiled with a classical cross-hatched pattern.
